
Cancellation & Usage Policy
General Policy
All Hyde No More Fitness plans are monthly prepaid subscriptions. Due to the personalized nature of coaching, programming, and nutrition guidance, all payments are non-refundable.

Monthly Plan Cancellation

Monthly plans may be canceled with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

Canceling a plan does not refund or prorate the current billing cycle.

Access to programs and support continues through the end of the paid month.

Workout Programs & Digital Content
-
Workout programs, instructional videos, and nutrition guidance are delivered digitally and are considered used once provided.

Unused digital services do not roll over to future months.

Coaching Check-Ins (Pro & Premium Plans)

Check-ins must be scheduled and used within the active billing month.

48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a check-in.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of that check-in.

Missed check-ins cannot be rescheduled or credited.

Live HIIT Sessions (Premium Plan Only)

Premium Plan members receive two (2) live HIIT sessions per week during their active billing cycle.

Sessions must be used within the current month and do not roll over.

Cancellations & No-Shows

48-hour cancellation notice is required for live HIIT sessions.

Late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session.

Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, replaced, or credited.

Courtesy Exceptions

One courtesy exception may be granted per client for illness or emergencies, at the discretion of Hyde No More Fitness.

Repeated or ongoing exceptions are not guaranteed.

By purchasing and participating in any Hyde No More Fitness program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Usage Policy.
