With this Training Plan, Sean will work with you in person.

$65 per hour session *Free Consultation* | $35 half hour session
One on one personal training are for those who need that "in-person' motivation to keep you on track and accountable. With this program no time is too early, with clients working out as early as 4am. Each workout routine is unique to you're capabilities and goals, while expanding your knowledge and technique of new exercises. Every workout is documented in order to keep track of your improvements while also keeping the exercises fun and exciting! If you're struggling to learn new workout while pushing yourself to get toned, lose weight or gain some muscle, then personal training is exactly what you're looking for!
